This inspiring initiative of eye donation deeply impacted the people of the village and area. Everyone appreciated the social values, positive thinking and generous heart of Janardan Prasad and said that today the society has lost a great personality.
86-year-old Janardan Prasad, father of Dr. Upendra Prasad, BJP MLA from Gurua Assembly constituency of Gaya district, will remain a support for others even after his death. They filled a person’s life with light. A blind person will be able to see creation through their eyes. Actually, the last wish of the MLA’s father was that after his death someone else should see the world through his eyes. The MLA fulfilled his wish.
After his death, his eyes were donated to Eye Fund Bihar. Even after his death, he has presented an example of true humanity. MLA Dr. Upendra Prasad told that my father died during treatment in a hospital in Patna on Wednesday night. Father’s demise is an irreparable loss for the family.
Even during the Bihar Assembly session, he kept talking to his father who was undergoing treatment in the hospital on video call and taking blessings. He told that my thinking was that after meeting and taking blessings from the people of the assembly constituency, Guru would return to his ancestral home Rohwe and take blessings from his relatives. But, who follows the will of God? Thought it was something else and something else happened.
