Danish Bawaria murder case Jhunjhunu: Kotwali police has achieved great success in the Danish Bawaria murder case of Jhunjhunu. History-sheeter Deepak Malsariya, carrying a reward of Rs 50,000 and the main accused, was arrested from Hanumanji temple in Khola, Jaipur. During his escape, the accused disguised himself as a beggar, shaved half of his hair and started begging outside temples in torn clothes. The police caught him after two days of raid.
Jhunjhunu. Kotwali police has got a big success in the Danish Bavaria murder case. The police have arrested Deepak Malsaria, the main accused of this sensational murder case and history-sheeter with a reward of Rs 50 thousand. The accused was absconding for a long time and was disguising himself as a beggar and living outside the temples to escape from the police.
Additional Superintendent of Police Devendra Singh Rajawat said that during the absconding, all the financial resources of Deepak Malsaria had been exhausted. To hide himself from identity, he had shaved half of his hair and was wearing tattered clothes. The accused was making his living by begging with a bowl outside the temples in religious places like Jaipur, Delhi and Rishikesh. At present he was living as a beggar outside the famous Khole Hanumanji temple of Jaipur.
Arrest made after two days of raid
The police received concrete information from the informer, after which a special team was formed. The police team conducted recce in the temple premises and surrounding areas for two days. After interrogating the beggars and confirming the identity of the accused, Deepak Malsaria was arrested.
How Danish Bavaria was kidnapped and murdered
According to the police, on the evening of 19 October 2025, history-sheeter Danish alias Naresh Kumar along with his associates was going to Chudela village in a Scorpio vehicle with firecrackers and about three lakh rupees. Near the contract at Churu Bypass, the accused surrounded the Scorpio with several camper vehicles and hit it. After this, Danish was forcibly taken out of the car and beaten brutally with iron pipes and rods.

The accused kidnapped Danish, took him to Johar in Rasoda village, attacked him fatally and left him dead. During this, his gold chain, silver ring, three lakh rupees and a car full of firecrackers were looted. Seriously injured Danish was first referred to Khaitan Hospital and then to SMS Hospital, Jaipur, where he died during treatment.
Search for remaining accused also continues
A case was registered under serious sections of BNS 2023 and SC/ST Act in Kotwali police station regarding the incident. A reward of Rs 50 thousand was announced on the main accused Deepak Malsaria. At present, the police is thoroughly interrogating the accused and the search for other absconding accused is going on.
