New Delhi. The Indians, who are slowly overcoming the second wave of Corona, have liked Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s announcement of free vaccination. As soon as PM Modi announced that he would once again send a message to the nation at 5 pm, the speculation market got heated once again. Many political pundits have also eaten their mouths by speculating on the messages of PM Modi. In such a situation, it was decided that the PM would speak only on the war against Corona. But in this difficult time, no one had thought that PM would bring a smile on the face of every section. In his message, the PM announced that now no state government will have to spend a single rupee on the corona vaccine. The central government will get free vaccination for all people above the age of 18. Along with this, the government has also made arrangements for those who are willing to get vaccinated in private hospitals.
PM Modi announced that vaccine makers will keep 25 percent of their quota for private hospitals and private hospitals will also be able to charge only Rs 150 more than the fixed price. Also, the second big announcement that under the PM Garib Kalyan Yojana, free food scheme for 80 crore poor people will be carried forward till Diwali. That is, now more than 80 crore people will get fixed food free of cost till the festivals i.e. November.
If your intention is clear and you believe in yourself, then everything is possible: PM Modi
PM Modi’s pain came to the fore when he said that the whole country has fought together with such a big global disease. But after the second wave, apprehensions kept rising as to how India would vaccinate such a large population. PM Modi said that if the intention is clear then anything is possible. Two companies of the country made a vaccine and showed that nothing is impossible in India now. The PM says that success in our efforts comes when we believe in ourselves. Therefore, when the scientists were doing research, the Modi government started preparing for the logistics. The government supported the companies making vaccines for India in every way. Under self-reliant India, financial assistance was provided to them in the name of mission security of Kovid. It was a great privilege to tell PM Modi that now 7 companies are producing different types of vaccines. The process of buying vaccines from other countries has been expedited. PM Modi said that experiments are also going on on the corona vaccine to put in a nasal ie nose and if it is successful then there will be more help in the war.
A befitting reply was given on the questions arising regarding vaccination
PM Modi said that after the suggestions received in meetings with all the Chief Ministers, after the meeting with the MPs, it was decided that priority would be given to those who are more at risk from Corona. Therefore, priority was given to health works, frontline works, citizens above 45. PM Modi said that what would have happened if our frontline workers had not got the vaccine before the second wave. Due to more and more workers getting the vaccine, they were able to work with full force and were successful in saving more lives.
PM Modi’s pain once again flared up when he mentioned that despite this, various kinds of advice started coming from many people why the state government could not get the vaccine. Or health is a state subject, so everyone should state. Therefore, the Government of India made a comprehensive guideline and gave it to the states so that the work of vaccination could go on smoothly. This campaign started from January 16 and went on till the month of April under the supervision of the Central Government. The process of providing free vaccine to all continued. Still some state governments said that it should be left to the states. In such a short time, 9 states were lagging behind in making full use of the vaccine. These states did not use their quota of corona vaccine properly.
Creating a network to fight Kovid in a year is a big achievement
India did not have any network when the corona epidemic knocked. But it is the diligent efforts of Indian scientists, health workers that today a complete system of Kovid Hospital, Ventilator, Testing Lab network in the country has started working to fight Kovid. When the demand for medical oxygen increased unimaginably during the second wave of corona, the whole system was in a shambles. It had never happened. To accomplish this, work was done on a war footing. All the machinery of the government was engaged. Oxygen rail ran, whatever could be available was brought from every corner of the world. Today we have no shortage of oxygen. Production of essential medicines was increased. No stone was left unturned in bringing medicine from any corner of the world. PM Modi told the people of the country that imagine what would have happened if we did not have medicine. A few decades ago, it used to take decades for our country to get medicine. The country had waited decades for vaccines for polio, smallpox, hepatitis when western developed countries first treated themselves and then turned to India. Making these medicines is an achievement for humanity.
Follow the rules of Corona even during unlock
PM Modi appealed to the people that it is necessary to wear masks and follow other precautions as well. He said that now for the free vaccine, the state will be informed a few weeks in advance that when it is going to get the dose so that they can make their plan accordingly. Appeal to the youth, society, help in increasing awareness. PM Modi did not say that one has to be careful and also strictly follow the rules of prevention from Corona.
In the end, the PM reminded the opposition and those who raised the question that no one considers debate good in this work of humanity. PM Modi also took a dig at those people who create confusion about the vaccine and increase the concern of the common man. He said that ever since the war against Corona started in India, since then such things were done by some people that doubts were raised and all kinds of arguments were propagated. The country is watching. The Prime Minister said that such people are playing with the lives of innocent people. PM Modi said that the people of the country need to stay away from them and expressed hope that India will win the war against Corona.
