Big allegation of Maulana Shahabuddin, received threat to kill him along with his family, who warned?

Bareilly: A serious case of Muslim religious leader Maulana Shahabuddin Razvi receiving death threats has come to light. Maulana Shahabuddin has alleged that threats are being made to eliminate him and his family. In this regard, he has lodged a written complaint with the police, on the basis of which a case has been registered in the police station.

Maulana Shahabuddin Razvi says that he had recently publicly opposed the statement related to Jihad of Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind President Maulana Mahmood Madani. Apart from this, he also expressed his opinion regarding the protests related to Babri Masjid in West Bengal. After these statements, people of some fundamentalist Muslim organizations became angry with him and started issuing threats on phone continuously.

Threat to kill family also

Maulana alleges that the callers are not only threatening to kill him, but are also talking about harming his entire family. He said that due to such threats, he and his family are forced to live in an atmosphere of fear and their lives are in serious danger.

Police is investigating those who made threats

Considering the seriousness of the matter, the police has immediately registered an FIR on the complaint of Maulana Shahabuddin. According to police officials, two separate teams have been formed to identify those making the threats and investigate the call details. With the help of cyber cell, efforts are being made to find out from where the threatening calls were made and who are the people behind it.

Police say that those who play with law and order will not be spared under any circumstances. Based on the investigation, strict action will be taken against the culprits. At present, the police is investigating the entire matter in depth and necessary steps are being taken for the safety of Maulana Shahabuddin and his family.
