If we look at the action taken year after year, in the year 2023, 280 criminals were arrested in the joint action of the Special Court, Police Commissioner, Additional Police Commissioner, Law and Order and Additional Police Commissioner Headquarters.
Noida: Noida Police has continuously conducted strict and effective campaigns against crime and criminals since 2023. Under the zero tolerance policy of Noida Police, massive action has been taken under Gunda Act and Gangster Act. From January 1, 2023 to November 24, 2025, a total of 568 criminals have been booked under the Goonda Act, while police station attendance of 265 criminals has been ensured. Not only this, a total illegal property worth Rs 03 billion 33 crore 84 lakh 79 thousand 465 has been seized in 65 cases under the Gangster Act, which is one of the biggest actions taken so far.
Maximum action taken in 2025
If we look at the action taken year after year, in the year 2023, in the joint action of the Special Court Police Commissioner, Additional Police Commissioner Law and Order and Additional Police Commissioner Headquarters, 280 criminals were arrested and 30 persons were made present at the police station. In the year 2024, this number reduced to 133 District Collectors and 146 Police Station Attendants, whereas this year, Noida Police once again showed strictness and kept 155 criminals in District Collector and 89 Police Station Attendants. In the last three years, a total of 568 District Collectors and 265 attendance actions have been taken.
Action will continue to crack down on criminals
Meanwhile, as part of the ongoing action under the Gangster Act, assets worth Rs 81 crore 87 lakh 70 thousand 319 were attached in 39 cases in 2023. In 2024, this action intensified and illegal assets worth Rs 1 billion 32 crore 39 lakh 90 thousand 323 were seized in 16 cases,
Whereas in 2025, assets worth Rs 1 billion 19 crore 57 lakh 18 thousand 823 were attached in 10 cases. Noida Police says that this campaign will continue with full strictness in future also. District Collector, regular police station attendance under Gunda Act and confiscation of property under Gangster Act will continue.
