Carrot juice contains Vitamin A, which removes dryness of the skin. To maintain moisture in the skin, mix a few drops of rose water and mustard oil in bathing water, apply a paste of gram flour, cream and milk on dry skin, then wash with lukewarm water.
Apply salt mixed with desi ghee on cracked skin or pimples, apply boiled potato water or potato-milk paste on cracked cheeks, apply cold cream on the neck and massage lightly. Apply cream on the back and stomach once a week and massage with olive oil thrice.
