Jammu. Former Jammu and Kashmir DGP Shesh Paul Vaid criticized Bangladesh’s Chief Advisor Mohammad Yunus and said that the Nobel Prize should be taken away from him. He also said that the Nobel Prize Committee has tarnished itself.
Former DGP Shesh Paul Vaidya has said while talking to IANS that situation like Syria and Pakistan is going to happen in Bangladesh also. The way the minorities are being harassed, the present head should have played a positive role, but it is not so. Ever since the coup took place there, the condition of Bangladesh has deteriorated.
He said that Bangladesh was progressing, the economy was also improving, people were getting work, but now only jihad is being seen. Investors are not coming, factories have closed, Bangladesh is on a path that will only lead to destruction. Bangladesh is soon going to become Syria and Pakistan.
Former DGP says that after the destruction of Bangladesh, most of the poor people will die. Just yesterday a minority boy was beaten by a mob and then burnt alive. Such incidents have forced us to think about which path Bangladesh is taking. They should think that this will only kill innocents and nothing will be achieved.
Shesh Paul Vaid said that the Deep State appointed Mohammad Yunus and when the coup took place he was installed. It would have been better if this had brought improvement in Bangladesh and its people, but it is not so. Seeing such a man getting the Nobel Prize has lowered his importance because the common man is not safe and only destruction is happening. Nobel Prize should be taken back.
He said that there was a time when Bangladesh was our dear friend, there is no doubt about that. We considered him as our own, but the kind of actions that are taking place after Mohammad Yunus, now India should think about its decision. Now Bangladesh cannot be considered a friendly country. He is going to a worse situation than Pakistan.
He said that people here should not enter like this. There should be strictness on visa rules. Along with this, the players there should also think about keeping them in IPL. One should think where and for what this money is being used.
