Ingredients to make Eggless Pancake:
Banana – 1
Maida – 3/4 cup
Wheat flour – 1/3 cup
Cardamom – 4 (coarse ground)
Baking Powder – 1.5 tsp
Sugar Powder – 2 tsp
Salt – ½ teaspoon
Ghee – 4-5 tbsp
Milk – 1 cup
Method of making Pancake:
To make Banana Pancake, take out all purpose flour in a big pot, add wheat flour, sugar, salt, cardamom powder and baking powder and mix it well.
Now peel and cut the banana and mash it well.
After this, add milk to it and mix the flour, flour mixture in this mixture and mix it well until it gets mixed well. Mix it till the batter kills the kernels.
Now put 2 teaspoons of ghee in this batter and mix it well. Batter is ready, now keep it for 20 minutes.
Now put the nonstick griddle on the gas. When the griddle gets slightly hot, apply ghee to it and spread one tablespoon of the batter on the pan. Spread it by adding a little thick solution. Apply light ghee around the pancake.
Bake the pancake on low heat until golden brown. After this, bake it on the other side as well. Now take it out in a plate and bake the rest of the cake in the same way.
Your pancake is ready. Garnish and add honey butter, jam or your favorite fruits.
