In Katihar district, a gang that was trying to scare and harass people by posing as fake police has been busted. This case is of Morsada village of Falka police station area, where the real police arrested the fake police team. There is an atmosphere of discussion in the entire area after the incident. According to the information received, Rahil, a resident of Morsada village, runs a grocery shop in the village. Suddenly four people arrived at his shop riding in a white car. All of them introduced themselves as policemen and said that “Bada Babu” had called them to the police station. After this they forcibly pulled Rahil and started making him sit in the car. During this, Rahil protested and made noise, due to which nearby people gathered at the spot.
Villagers caught fake police
When the villagers became suspicious, they started identifying and interrogating those people. During the conversation, the matter seemed suspicious, because the fake police team was talking about taking action by accusing the grocery shop of selling coding syrup, while they did not have any clear documents or order. After the uproar of the people, the real police was informed. As soon as the information was received, the police of Falka police station reached the spot and investigated the entire matter. The investigation revealed shockingly that out of the four people included in the alleged police team, only one was a real policeman. He is Aman Kumar, who is working as a driver on contract in Falka police station. However, the station in-charge said that Aman Kumar had gone home on leave and was not on duty at that time.
