The bank has appealed to customers to complete their important transactions in advance or use HDFC Mobile Banking App, PayZapp, MyCards or WhatsApp Chatbacking.

Actually, HDFC Bank has announced to temporarily close its netbanking service for a few hours due to maintenance. The bank said that this is being done to improve the speed and security of maintenance services.
The bank has informed the customers through email that the system maintenance work of the bank will be done from 12 noon to 4 am on 23 November 2025. Netbanking services will not be available during this period.
