Varanasi:Fog will now wreak havoc in Uttar Pradesh. Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an alert amid falling temperatures. According to which, dense fog with zero visibility will be seen in many districts of Western UP on Monday morning. Apart from this, icy winds will also make you feel cold in many districts. It is estimated that the minimum and maximum temperatures will also drop in the next few days.
According to the information given by the Zonal Weather Center located in Amausi, Lucknow, on November 24, there will be dense fog in Bareilly, Rampur, Pilibhit, Moradabad, Bijnor, Muzaffarnagar, Saharanpur and surrounding areas of Western UP. In the morning in Agra, Prayagraj, Pratapgarh, Rampur, Firozabad, Unnao, Hamirpur, Kaushambi, Chitrakoot, Kannauj, Mainpuri, Sitapur, Amethi, Rae Bareli, Aligarh, Mathura, Meerut, Jhansi, Lalitpur, Varanasi, Ayodhya, Sultanpur, Kanpur, Mirzapur, Sonbhadra, Azamgarh, Farrukhabad, Etawah and Basti. Light to moderate fog cover will be visible during this time. However, the weather will become normal in these districts as the day progresses. On November 25, the weather will be normal in both the divisions of the state.
Temperature will drop in Lucknow, fog will be seen in Noida
The temperature will fall further in Lucknow, the capital of UP. Monday morning will start with light fog. However, the sky will clear as the day progresses. The Meteorological Department estimates that today the maximum temperature in Lucknow will be 26 and the minimum will be 12 degrees Celsius, which is 1 degree Celsius less than the last 24 hours. At the same time, moderate fog can be seen in Noida adjacent to Delhi today. Apart from this, the rays of sunlight will also be lighter than normal days today. Today the minimum temperature in Noida is expected to be around 11 degrees Celsius. The weather will remain similar in Ghaziabad also. Due to changing weather conditions, people will also have to resort to warm clothes.
Now the people of UP will suffer from cold
BHU meteorologist Professor Manoj Kumar Srivastava said that the maximum temperature in UP will decrease by 2 to 3 degrees Celsius in the next 4 days. Apart from this, the minimum temperature will also drop. Due to which the cold will gradually increase. Its havoc will be visible in the entire state in the beginning of December.
