Prayagraj: In Prayagraj district of Uttar Pradesh, Police Commissioner Joginder Kumar banished three accused from the district on Saturday. Taking action under the UP Goonda Control Act, he expelled three people from the district for 6 months. The names of accused Ejaz Akhtar, Ravi Sonkar and Krishna Kumar Dubey are included in this. He has been transferred to the district for 6 months. Accused Ejaz Ahmed, resident of Umri village of Dhumanganj police station area, is said to be close to mafia Atiq Ahmed.
Cases like murder registered against Atiq Ahmed’s close friend
Serious crimes like murder, extortion, gangrape, attempt to murder, roaming around with illegal weapons are registered against Ejaz Ahmed. Even after being given 20 opportunities by the Police Commissioner’s Court, the district has been sealed for not presenting its case either by itself or by the advocate. The accused Ravi Sonkar is a resident of Atarsuiya police station area. Cases are also registered against him under the Robbery, Illegal Weapons and Explosive Substances Act. Action has been taken against him after the Police Commissioner Court gave him 27 opportunities to present his side.
A total of 14 accused were transferred to Badar district this year.
Whereas the third accused Krishna Kumar Dubey alias Babau Pandit is a resident of Jalalpur police station Uttaraon. Serious cases like robbery and dacoity are registered against him. The Police Commissioner Court also gave him 17 chances for hearing. Despite serving the notice, neither appeared nor filed objection through their advocate, after which District Badar action has been taken against the three accused. District Badar action has been taken against a total of 14 accused so far this year in Prayagraj district.
