Prayagraj: Now the mafia of the state may not be in this world. But the Yogi government is keeping a close watch on their wrongly constructed properties. But due to some carelessness, his henchmen are trying to recapture that property. The latest case has come to light from Prayagraj district, where the administration had attached the property of mafia Atiq Ahmed under the Gangster Act. Plating was done on that property and the board with the attachment order was also removed. However, now the administration has taken action.
FIR filed against two people including woman
Actually, about 5 years ago, Atiq Ahmed’s land in Nasirpur Silna was attached under the Gangster Act. The accused did the plotting of the land by disappearing the attachment order board. Dhumanganj police station in-charge Rajesh Upadhyay has lodged an FIR at the airport police station. An FIR has been lodged against two people including a woman. 0.8570 hectare land in Naseerpur Silna, purchased from Atiq Ahmed’s criminal income, was attached in December 2020 on the orders of the court.
Attachment board not found on spot
An attachment order board was put up on this land and Dhumanganj police station in-charge was appointed its custodian. But during on-site inspection the board of attachment order was not found. It is alleged that Keshav Singh, director of Achala Infrastate Private Limited, resident of Munfordganj, along with Nasirpur Silna, resident of Khushnuma, did the registration in favor of the firm. This registry has been done without legal partition by hiding the fact and by modifying the transfer order in the name of Atiq Ahmed. In this case, action has been taken by the Dhumanganj police station in-charge.
