Palak Kadhi Recipe: There is a huge influx of spinach in the market during the winter season. In such a situation, different types of dishes are made from it. Try making spinach kadhi once in this sequence. It is different from normal kadhi in taste but tastes great. If you want to consume spinach in good quantity then this recipe will be fine.
To make Spinach Kadhi, first of all you have to take two tablespoons of gram flour and two tablespoons of curd in a bowl and mix both well. Add some water and leave it for some time. Till then chop the spinach finely.
Place a pan on the gas and add two tablespoons of oil. After adding oil, add some dry spices. Like cumin, bay leaves, a little mustard. After adding all this, add the spinach that you had chopped into it also. Add coriander powder, salt and a little turmeric and let it cook for at least 10-15 minutes.
When the spinach is cooked well, then add the curd and gram flour water that you had kept in it and mix it well. Now leave this also to cook for 10-15 minutes. When it is cooked well, then you have to add half a spoon of red chili powder in it.

Apart from this, you have to add more salt as per your taste, after this you also have to add chouk in it. Take some ghee for this. Add whole red chilli, some ground spices, a little cumin, one spoon red chilli powder. Add all this and prepare Chhunka.
Then you have to put it in the curry and mix it well. After sprinkling, let it cook on gas for 5 minutes and then take it down. Now your spinach kadhi is ready, it is very tasty to eat and very healthy from health point of view.
Especially in the cold season, the pleasure of eating curry and hot rice is something else. In such a situation, if any special guest comes to your house, you can also make this for them. Even if there are no vegetables in the house, this will do the trick.
