Harikrishna Yadav, a resident of Maliana village under Raniganj block, about 35 kilometers from the headquarters of Araria district, has been fond of horse riding since childhood. Horses change every three-four years
Harikrishna Yadav told in conversation with Local 18 that due to his hobby of horses, he changes one horse every three-four years. He told that he is now 60-65 years old, yet he has already bought 10 amazing horses. When he has to go to Araria headquarters and Forbesganj, he travels only by horse riding. He is now fulfilling his childhood hobby.
Each horse costs Rs 50-60 thousand
According to Harikrishna Yadav, the cost of each of his horses is Rs 50-60 thousand. At the same time, one of his horses is worth about 80 thousand rupees. Many times he also participates in horse riding organized in the fair, in which he gets first place and sometimes second place. Harikrishna Yadav himself makes arrangements for the maintenance and food of the horses. He makes wonderful arrangements for the horses’ food.
Despite having petrol and diesel vehicles, they never use them.
Harikrishna Yadav says that he has many types of bikes, but he enjoys horse riding. He never uses petrol-diesel vehicles. He travels only by horse riding. When he rides horse on the road, people do not take their eyes off him.
