• To make Barre Bhaji vegetable, first of all it is bought from the market and then it is cleaned and the bottom (root) part of the vegetable is broken and separated with hands. Due to which the vegetable gets cleaned.
• After that, Barre Bhaji (greens) is washed thoroughly in water, because soil and sand pebbles remain stuck to its leaves, hence it has to be washed thoroughly.
• After that, to boil the barre bhaji, pour water in the pan and put all the bhaji in it, then cover it with a lid.
• When the barre bhaji boils well, remove the lid and keep all the bhaji in a vessel. Now after that keep the pan on the gas again. Add some oil in it, after that add tomatoes, turmeric, salt as per taste and then cover the tomatoes to cook.
• When the tomatoes are cooked well, add boiled barre bhaji to it, mix with the help of a big spoon, after the bhaji and tomatoes are completely mixed. Let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes and stir occasionally so that it does not stick to the pan.
• Now to temper this barre bhaji, put oil in a separate pan, after the oil is hot, add garlic, a little sesame seeds and red chillies, let it all fry till it turns red, now after that put the barre bhaji together on this garlic chilli tadka and after that immediately cover the lid.
• This doubles the taste of your Barre Bhaji. The more properly the vegetable is seasoned, the better the taste of the vegetable.
• Now after 2 to 3 minutes, lift the lid and mix the bhaji. Now your bhaji is ready, you can eat it with food.
