1 liter full cream milk
1 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 cup sugar (can increase or decrease as per taste)
1/4 tsp cardamom powder

-Coconut Rabdi is a delicious dessert which can be easily made at home. To make this, first take 1 liter full cream milk and heat it in a heavy bottomed vessel on low flame. Take care that the milk does not stick to the bottom of the vessel, so keep stirring continuously and let it thicken gradually.
-When the milk starts boiling and becomes slightly thick, then add 1 cup desiccated coconut in it. Mix well and cook it on low flame for 5-7 minutes so that the flavor of coconut dissolves completely in the milk and the rabri gets a creamy texture.
-After this add half cup sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder. Keep stirring the mixture continuously until the sugar dissolves completely and the rabri becomes slightly sweet and aromatic. After adding sugar, let the rabri cool slightly. When it becomes slightly thick, turn off the gas and let it set for a while, so that the texture of the rabri becomes more creamy.
-Now take out the cooled rabri in a bowl and keep it in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours. By keeping it in the fridge, the rabri becomes thicker and its taste becomes even better.
