- Go to Sanchar Saathi official portal.
- Click on Citizen Centric Services on the homepage.
- Then select ‘Know Your Mobile (KYM)/IMEI Verification’.
- Enter captcha and your mobile number and receive OTP.
- Submit OTP.
- Enter the 15-digit IMEI number of your smartphone and click on Submit.
- After this, device details like device status, brand, model, manufacturer and device type will be visible.

- You can download Sanchar Saathi mobile app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Apart from this, you can also check through SMS. Write for:
- KYM<15-digit IMEI number> and send it to 14422.
