Although generally in our city the minimum rate of Chole Bhature is ₹ 50, but these people have launched a plate of Chole Bhature in the market for ₹ 30, which is also very good in taste. The biggest thing is that these people bring fresh every day and everything is finished by the evening. I have eaten their Chole Bhature many times in 2 months. For example, I am a lawyer and I used to eat Chole Bhature at the famous Chole Bhature shop on Court Road, whereas the rate of a plate of Chole Bhature on Court Road is ₹ 70. But these people have launched a plate of Chole Bhature for only ₹ 30, whereas there is no difference in taste and people are being served only for ₹ 30.

Rahul, a resident of Numaish Camp, while talking to Local 18, said that a person named Vikas has been running a street vendor of Chole Bhature here for about two and a half months and his Bhature tastes very good. Now breakfast has been stopped in 90% of people’s homes around here. Hundreds of people are coming here every day. This Chole Bhature shop starts from 7:00 in the morning and there is so much crowd in the morning that one has to wait for 10-15 minutes.

When he started making Chole Bhature, he did not think that there would be so much crowd at his place, but people liked the taste of his Chole Bhature. He starts making Chole Bhature at 7:00 in the morning and continues till 4:00 in the evening. Talking about the taste, only spices do wonders, we use our own ground spices in it. Hundreds of plates are easily sold every day and people even praise them after eating.
