Serve it with hot roti, paratha or plain dal and rice.
Material-
• Fenugreek – 1 bunch, cleaned and coarsely chopped
• Potato – 3 medium sized, peeled and chopped
• Mustard Oil – 2 tbsp
• Ghee – 1 tablespoon
• Cumin Seed – 1 tsp
• Dried Red Chili – 2 to 3
• Chopped Onion – 2
• Chopped Garlic – 1 tablespoon
• Chopped Ginger – 1 tsp
• Slitted Green Chili – 2 to 3
• Chopped Tomato – 2
• Turmeric – 0.5 tsp
• Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
• Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
• Cumin Powder – 0.5 tsp
• Salt – as per taste
Method of preparation-
First of all, clean and wash fenugreek thoroughly and soak it in lightly salted water for 10 minutes. This reduces the bitterness of fenugreek. After 10 minutes, squeeze the fenugreek well and keep it aside. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin pieces, so that they cook quickly.
