Dhanbad. Lack of airport still remains a major need for the people of Dhanbad. For years, people have been hoping for air service in their city, but at present this dream does not seem to be coming true. Converting this shortcoming into a special experience, Runway Restaurant has been started near Asrafi Hospital in Nawadih area of Dhanbad.
This restaurant is becoming increasingly popular among the people because of its different airplane theme. Here customers enjoy the experience of eating food while sitting inside an aeroplane, which is being seen for the first time in the city.

Chef Lucky of the restaurant says that the people of Dhanbad like Chicken Rara Masala, Chicken Soup, Veg Soup, Asati Paneer, Paneer Butter Masala and Naan the most. The price of Chicken Rara Masala is ₹ 400, in which about 6 big pieces are given.
Whereas the price of Paneer Butter Masala or Matar Paneer Masala is between ₹ 250 to ₹ 300, in which approximately 100 grams of paneer i.e. 12 pieces are served. The price of veg and chicken soup ranges from ₹150 to ₹200, which is very popular among the customers.

Chef Lucky’s partner Rohit Karigar tells that it takes about 20 minutes to make Chicken Rara Masala. To make it, 100 grams onion, 50 grams capsicum, ginger-garlic and home spices are used. A plate contains approximately 200 grams of chicken, which includes 6 large pieces.
Whereas for Paneer Butter Masala, 3 kg paneer, 1 kg onion and half kg capsicum are consumed daily. This dish prepared with special spices inspires customers to come here again and again.

Gym trainer Ratan Khawas, who reached the restaurant, says that he has worked in many five-star hotels in Kolkata and Delhi, but for the first time he has seen such an attractive restaurant built on airplane theme in Dhanbad. He said that even though Dhanbad does not have an airport yet, the way the owner has built the restaurant here is very different and worth appreciating. It is not only good to look at, but also gives a new experience to people.
In an industrial city like Dhanbad, this type of restaurant is not only a place to eat and drink, but has also become a center of attraction for the people.
