New Delhi: India’s Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has taken action against airlines for urinating on an elderly woman on November 26, 2022, on Air India’s (AI) New York-Delhi flight. DGCA has imposed a fine of Rs 30 lakh on Air India for violation of rules, suspended the license of the pilot-in-command of the flight for 3 months for failing to discharge his duties and Director AI- A fine of Rs 3 lakh has been imposed on in-flight services.
