He told that here Rasbhari Jalebi is specially prepared, which is made from flour and urad dal. Jalebi is dipped in special syrup, which further enhances its taste. It is served with the fragrance of rose water and fresh curd made from milk, which doubles its taste.

The taste of Jalebi may be traditional, but it can be easily made at home also. Batter is prepared from urad dal and it is deep fried in oil in a round shape. After this the prepared jalebi is dipped in sugar syrup. This process makes it crisp and juicy.
