Referring to the recent elections held in Bihar, PM Modi called it the biggest strength of democracy and also said that many parties are upset due to the defeat. The opposition should overcome the disappointment of defeat. The Prime Minister said, ‘I thought that it had been some time since the Bihar elections were over, so things would have changed, but I listened to him and now I feel that his defeat is still troubling him.’
