Before sleeping, take a cup of lukewarm milk and add a pinch of nutmeg to it. It calms the nerves and relaxes the mind, which makes it easier to fall asleep and prevents frequent sleep disturbances.
Before sleeping at night, massage the soles of the feet with lukewarm sesame oil. This reduces body fatigue, improves blood circulation and gives relaxation to the mind which helps in deep sleep.
Do deep breathing pranayam for 5-10 minutes before sleeping. Breathe in and out slowly. This reduces stress, heartbeat calms down and sleep comes naturally.
