Xinhua quoted Xi as saying that the rain had aggravated the flood control situation, causing widespread waterlogging in Zhengzhou and other cities. The water in many rivers has reached dangerous levels. More than 160 passenger trains were stopped at Zhengzhoudong Railway Station. 260 flights were canceled at Zhengzhou airport.
