Fourth Gem: Putting sesame oil or cow’s ghee in both the nostrils after waking up in the morning, which is called Nasya Karma, helps in preventing head, hair and respiratory diseases.
Fifth Gem: Food should always be taken at the right time and in appropriate quantity. Neither more nor less, a balanced diet is the basic foundation of health and longevity.
Sixth Gem: The flow of urine and feces should never be stopped by force. It is very important for health to give it up as soon as the need is felt, otherwise it can cause many serious diseases.
Seventh Jewel: Waking up early in the morning, sleeping early at night and changing the diet according to the season are part of Ayurvedic routine. With this, the body remains in natural balance and the immunity also becomes stronger.
Eighth Gem: Regular consumption of Ayurvedic medicines like Chyawanprash, Ashwagandha and Shilajit provides energy and long life to the body. When these are included in your diet regularly, the body will get the necessary energy and unnecessary stress will also be reduced.
