New Delhi. The results of Bihar elections were announced on Friday. NDA is going to form a coalition government under the leadership of BJP. Even before the market closed, the picture was almost clear that the BJP-JDU-LJP alliance will once again take power in Bihar. Its effect was seen on the stocks of Adani Group. Shares of 7 out of 9 listed companies of the group closed with a rise. Let’s take a look at them.
The share of ACC Ltd closed at 1840.30 today and a slight decline was seen in it. The stock is trading below its 52-week high of 2314.90 and slightly above its low of 1778.45, which shows that its movement has been stable but under pressure in recent months.
Adani Enterprises Ltd reached 2516.80 and registered a gain of about 1.1 percent. The stock is still below its 52-week high of 2894.80, but is well above the low of 2025, which indicates recovery mode.
Shares of Adani Green Energy Ltd stood at 1068.80 with marginal weakness. Although there was a decline, the stock is still well above its 52-week low of 758, while the high of 1542.55 is trading at a moderate level.
Adani Ports shares closed at Rs 1512.70 with a rise of about 0.9 per cent. This stock has reached very close to its 52 week high of 1515, which shows strong momentum and investor confidence.
Adani Power shares closed at Rs 153.91 and saw a rise of 1.4 percent. This stock has almost doubled this year from its low of 86.40 and is slowly moving towards high of 182.70.
Ambuja Cements closed at 563.20 and registered a slight gain. The stock is down from its 52W high of 624.95, but remains well above the low of 453.
The shares of Adani Total Gas reached 625.15 and showed a rise of about 0.9 percent. It is well below its high of 862, but has managed to stay above the low of 532.60.
AWL i.e. Adani Wilmar traded at 274.20 and had a steady increase of 0.6 percent. The stock looks weak against the high of Rs 337, but remains above the low of Rs 231.55.
NDTV’s shares went up to 88.15 and gained 1.2 percent. Although the stock is currently trading very close to its 52-week low, there is volatility in it due to it being much below the high of 149.11.
