According to the information, Shubham of Joginder Nagar of Mandi district was going to Chandigarh in his car. Five other people were also traveling along with Shubham, a youth from Chakka village. Shubham remained stuck inside for a long time, because the front part of the car was badly broken. Somehow he was taken to AIIMS hospital, but doctors declared him dead.
