Bihar Weather Today: From the beginning of December onwards, there is going to be a huge increase in cold in entire Bihar including Patna. The temperature will drop rapidly due to a new western disturbance. Due to which this will be the first major cold of the season. Instead of sunshine during the day, there may now be clouds and dense fog in the sky. The minimum temperature will go down further in the first week of December, while in the second week the mercury may drop below 10°C. People have been advised to wear warm clothes and make safety arrangements.

The year 2025 is going to prove to be a scary one. According to the Meteorological Department, there will be a huge increase in cold from tomorrow. The new western disturbance going to be active in North India will bring down the temperature rapidly.
Till now there was relief from mild sunshine during the day, but now clouds can be seen hovering in the sky. Because of this, there is a possibility of a huge drop in temperature. The possibility of dense fog has also been expressed in many districts. Meteorologists say that this will be the first major cold of the season. Therefore, people are being advised to make arrangements for warm clothes, heaters and safety in advance.
December will be cool
According to meteorologists, with the beginning of December, the effect of cold is going to increase rapidly in the entire state. There is a possibility of the minimum temperature going down suddenly in the first week, while in the second week the chill may increase so much that the mercury will be recorded less than 10 degrees in many areas. In view of the increasing cold, the state government has already become active. All district administrations have been instructed to complete the necessary preparations in time. At the same time, the Disaster Management Department has warned that every year there is an outbreak of severe cold wave between December and January. This time also the temperature is continuously falling, hence it is very important to immediately take measures to protect against cold.

According to Bihar Meteorological Service Center, dry weather conditions with cloudy sky are likely to persist in most parts. Moderate to strong westerly wind (up to 40 km/min) is likely to prevail in most parts of the state during the next 24 hours. The minimum temperature is likely to be between 10-12°C in the north-western and south-western parts and 12-15°C in other parts of the state. The maximum temperature in most parts of the state is likely to remain between 26-30°C.
