Yadav Sen’s journey has been full of struggles. Before becoming a teacher, he used to do contractors at the block and block level. He continued serving the people by implementing government schemes through the construction of roads and drains in the village. But his love for education brought him in this direction. He believed that as a teacher he could improve the future of the village children and increase their respect in the society.

Father supported me every step of the way
In January 2007, Yadav Sen was appointed as para teacher in Keshka Middle School. Despite the pressure of age, family responsibilities and lack of resources, he did not leave his studies. Passed the compulsory proficiency test for classes 1 to 5 in 2013 and also passed the assessment for classes 6 to 8 in 2016. His dreams became stronger with every exam. This determination to become a government teacher took him to where he is today.

Yadav Sen’s biggest dream was that his son also became a government teacher. He played a full role in Mrinal’s education from primary education to post-graduation, sometimes as a father and sometimes as a guru. Mrinal also understood his father’s expectations and worked hard day and night. For the last two years, he was working as a teacher in Pemia Rishikesh Memorial Public School. Teaching experience, confidence and continuous preparation made him successful in the teacher recruitment examination. He gives the credit of this achievement to his father and the late village teacher and astrologer Sudarshan Upadhyay. Who always provided guidance and inspiration.

Roshan will brighten the name of the entire village
Mrinal tells that the application was filled in 2023, the examination was conducted in four phases and he achieved success by performing better every time. He emotionally said that even when he was 30 years old, his father encouraged him in his studies despite financial challenges. In this age where many people are forced to earn outside. My father prepared me for this day. Today I will bring glory not only to him but to the entire village. Mrinal said proudly.
