Due to increase in cold in the month of Aghan, it is important to take special care of food. Anyway, during the winter months, there are many things like desi ghee, jaggery, sesame etc., which when eaten, generate warmth in the body and are also very beneficial for the body.
Most of the people definitely consume those things in the month of Aghaan. There are many other things which must be consumed in the month of Margashirsha. Especially what the village people eat in this month, do you know from the village elders?
Tarakeshwar Mishra, a 75-year-old resident of Bagohari in Deoghar district, while talking to Local 18 correspondent, says that the cold starts in the month of Margashirsha and the cold increases towards the end of the month, even the cold wave enters in the month of Margashirsha itself.
