When does the blood sugar level increase during the day?
According to the report, the activity of cortisol hormone is very high between 6 am and 10 am. It is directly related to blood sugar level. Dr. Shyam Sundar told that cortisol hormone is related to stress. That is, when we are under stress, cortisol hormone starts releasing more. It remains at its peak from 6 o’clock to 10 o’clock and after that it gradually starts decreasing. Cortisol remains very low at night.
