Easy way to squeeze water from radish (muli se pani nikalne ka tarika)
To make radish paratha, you prepare the masala by grating the radish, but still it remains moist. To completely remove water from radish, grate it 30 minutes before making paratha. By adding a little salt to it, the extra water present in the radish gets removed well.
– When radish releases water after adding salt, drain it immediately. Now take a clean cotton cloth and put radish in it. Tie it tightly and squeeze again, so that the water present in the radish gets completely removed.
– Put it in the vessel. Spread the radish well so that it gets air and it dries. Due to this, the dough will not become sticky while filling the dough and the paratha will not tear while rolling.
– If you want, you can lightly fry the grated radish in the pan. Add some oil in it and fry the radish so that its moisture gets removed. You can also make it tasty by adding turmeric, chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala. If you add dry spices, the extra water present in radish will get absorbed in these spices.
