Once again this country has proved it. Actually, Japan has created a washing machine that can bathe humans, on seeing which you will immediately take off your clothes and run to the bathroom. This is such a machine, in which you will not be able to stop yourself from taking bath. The name of this unique machine is ‘Human Washing Machine’. In this the person lies down, closes the lid and then the machine makes it as clean as clothes, without any spin! You can also play a song as per your choice. This machine was displayed in the World Expo held in Osaka this year. More than 2.7 crore people came to this expo that lasted for 6 months.
Japanese company ‘Science’ has made this machine. Company spokesperson Sachiko Maekura said that its prototype was also shown at the Osaka Expo in 1970. At that time the current President of the company was only 10 years old. Looking at the same machine, he dreamed that one day he would make it better. Now after 55 years his dream has been fulfilled. Maekura said, ‘This machine not only washes the body but also the soul.’ Inside the machine, you also monitor your heartbeat, blood pressure and other important health conditions.
People are enjoying it by standing in line
People stood in line for hours at the expo to experience this machine. Now it has been decided to actually make it. In fact, an American resort company contacted Science and talked about an agreement to build and sell it in this real estate. After this the company has started commercial production. The first machine has been purchased by a luxury hotel in Osaka, it will soon be made available to the guests. The price of this machine is 6 crore Japanese yen i.e. about 3.2 crore Indian rupees!
Existing Automatic Bathing Machines
There are already many types of automatic bathing machines in Japan, but this is the first time that it is possible to take a complete bath while lying down in a capsule-like machine. The company claims that it will prove to be very useful for the elderly, disabled and hospitals. People are joking on social media that ‘Now the excuse will not work – Mummy, I took a bath, the machine washed it!’
