The company said that this reward program has been running for the last several years and till now more than 6,000 employees have been taken on a trip to many countries of the world including Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Dubai, Spain. The company says that this helps the employees to connect with the company.

Casagrande said that employees based in India and Dubai are being given the experience of traveling to London. Its purpose is to enable the employees to experience the heritage and cultural environment there. This time 1,000 employees will be made to travel in several groups.

A statement issued by the company said that 1,000 employees will be given an audio-guided tour of Windsor Castle, the streets and markets of Camden, and a luxurious dinner at the InterContinental London. The company said that the employees will be taken to many famous places like St. Paul’s Cathedral, London Bridge, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square. After this, we will be taken on a tour of Madame Tussauds Museum and the tour will end with a cruise on the River Thames.
