Himachal Weather Today: The weather is clear these days in Himachal Pradesh, but the mercury has reached minus in many areas. The minimum temperature in Tabo was recorded below minus -7 degrees Celsius. Due to lack of rain and snowfall in the state, dry cold is continuously increasing. During this period, there was dense fog in Bilaspur, Mandi and Sundernagar on Thursday. Whereas, despite sunshine in other areas, cold was experienced in the morning and evening.
The minimum temperature has fallen below 10 degrees Celsius in 27 cities of the state. The mercury remained in minus in many areas of Lahaul-Spiti in the morning and evening. During this time, water has also started accumulating there.
According to Sandeep Sharma, scientist of Meteorological Center, Shimla, the weather will remain clear in the state till December 3. Despite this, yellow alert has been issued regarding fog in many plain areas. There is a possibility of dense fog in the morning in some parts of Bilaspur and Mandi on 28th and 29th November. People are being advised to drive slowly and use fog lights. There is no possibility of much change in the temperature in the next 24 hours, although the temperature is expected to rise in 3-4 days.
A slight drop in minimum temperature has been seen in the state. The lowest temperature recorded in Tabo was minus -7.3 degrees Celsius. The minimum temperature in Kumumseri of Lahaul Valley was minus -5.7 degrees Celsius. The minimum temperatures of other cities are as follows, Shimla 6.0°C, Sundernagar 2.9, Bhuntar 1.8, Kalpa 0.4, Dharamshala 5.8, Una 6.6, Palampur 4.0, Solan 2.9, Manali 1.7, Kangra 5.5, Mandi 5 2, Hamirpur 5.1, Kufri The minimum temperature recorded was 3.6, 4.5 in Narkanda, 4.7 in Bharmour, 2.5 in Reckong Peo, 1.2 in Seaubag, 5.8 in Barthin, 5.1 in Achaar, 7.0 in Dehra Gopipur, 10.5 in Neri and 2.2 degrees Celsius in Bajaura.
