How and how much to consume flaxseed
Roast flaxseed in a pan on low flame and grind it in a mortar or mixer. After that, you can mix it with wheat flour, make roti and eat it. Apart from this, flaxseed can also be eaten by mixing it with curd. Flaxseed can also be eaten by adding it to salad as per taste. Linseed laddus can also be prepared and eaten, especially during the winter season. Keep in mind that if laddus have been made from flaxseeds mixed with wheat flour, then two laddus can be eaten a day. If laddus are made from flaxseed flour only, then one laddu daily is sufficient.
