Common mistakes made in the kitchen
1. If you cook tomatoes in aluminum utensils, then stop doing so today. This is because the sourness of tomatoes reacts with aluminum and adds the metal to the food.
2. After cutting fruits and vegetables, put them in plastic wrap and store them in the fridge, then do not do this. Due to this, microplastics can dissolve in the food, which can be unhealthy for health.
3. Never keep citrus juice (lemon, orange etc.) in a plastic bottle. Its acidity can release microplastics from plastic.
