Ghaziabad Development Authority is going to auction more than 73 residential and commercial plots in Indirapuram and its expansion area on December 1. People can participate in this auction by filling the form and get a chance to buy the plot of their choice.
Indirapuram is considered to be the most preferred housing zone of Delhi-NCR, where schools, hospitals, malls and connectivity facilities are already developed. For the first time after a long time, GDA has made such a large number of plots available for auction simultaneously. This is the reason why a lot of enthusiasm is being seen among the buyers regarding this auction.
Where are plots available?
According to the list released by GDA, 28 commercial plots have been included in the auction in Nyay Block-1 of Indirapuram Scheme. Apart from this, one commercial plot each is available in Abhay Khand and Shaktikhand Char. 14 shop plots in Gyan Khand 3 have also been put in auction.
In the Ghaziabad-Indirapuram expansion plans, GDA has also included 20 residential plots, two commercial plots and one institutional plot in the offer. This is the first time that so many types of properties in the Vaishali-Vasundhara-Indirapuram belt have been opened for auction simultaneously. Overall the auction includes 32 commercial plots, 25 residential plots, 14 shops and one hotel-banquet plot. Where will the auction take place and how to apply?
GDA AE Rudresh Shukla told that the auction will be held on December 1 at 11 am at Hindi Bhawan Lohia Nagar, Ghaziabad. Interested people can take the form and submit it from any branch of HDFC Bank to join it. Along with this, people who do not have time to go to the bank can directly go to the GDA website and fill the online form. All documents, rules, location of plots and instructions related to auction are made available on the website. GDA officials say that people are being made aware about the auction, so that more and more buyers can participate in it. Due to increasing demand and location, it is expected that this time the auction of plots in Indirapuram is going to be very interesting.
