We all know that milk should be boiled and drunk. But this information is incomplete, due to which people are not able to take full advantage of milk. Orthopedic surgeon and sports expert health specialist Dr. Manav said that if you are buying packaged milk, there is no need to boil it.
Boiling packet milk as soon as it is brought home is a tradition that has been going on in Indian homes for centuries. This tradition has been followed without question for many generations. But now it has become important to know that today’s pasteurized and ultra-pasteurized milk does not require boiling.
Dr. Manan Vora told on Instagram that packet milk is already heated at high temperature due to which the harmful bacteria present inside it gets destroyed. That is why boiling it again is useless and this habit is only a part of our old thinking.
