Benefits of Neem Leaves: People are usually seen chewing Neem leaves or branches early in the morning. Even in Ayurveda, Neem has been described as a special medicinal plant. Diabetes patients can chew 4-5 clean and washed neem leaves every morning on an empty stomach, this helps in controlling diabetes. Neem is also effective for teeth and gums. Applying its paste provides relief from tooth decay, bad smell and swelling of gums.
