29-year-old Rahmanullah Lakanwal, who is said to be an Afghan national, has been arrested on charges of Washington shooting. In this case, American investigating officers suspected international terrorism and the investigation revealed Rahmanullah Asal’s CIA connection. According to media reports, Lakanwal had worked with a partner security force in Kandahar, Afghanistan. He was trained by the CIA and has previously worked with many government organizations. Lakanwal was posted as a soldier in 01 Unit in the former Republic of Afghanistan. This unit had received special training from American intelligence agencies.
