The company’s CEO and founder Jensen Huang has issued a special instruction to all the employees asking them to automate every possible task with the help of AI. However, removing the fear arising in the minds of employees regarding jobs, he clearly said that “jobs are completely safe.”

Under this, every employee has been asked to look at every aspect of their job and see which tasks can be automated with the help of AI. Huang believes that AI is not something that can be used only to make products. In fact, it should also be used in every department of the company such as marketing, sales, finance, support and software development.
Everyone’s jobs will be safe
Regarding the increasing use of AI, people often have a fear that it will lead to the loss of human jobs. Allaying this fear, Jensen Huang clarified that nothing like this will happen in Nvidia. He said, “Your aim is not to reduce the number of people. Our aim is to increase our capabilities while maintaining the number of employees.”
