He has brought glory to his field by achieving success in the country’s toughest examination, UPSC, for the third time. News 18 Local team spoke to Jaya Sahay of Raharia village of Araria district. During this, he shared the story of his struggle. Jaya tells that many difficulties came in the way of her dream of becoming an IAS. He faced failure many times, but with long efforts, hard work, courage to fulfill his unfulfilled dreams and the blessings and guidance of his family and teachers, he achieved this goal.
Jaya Sahay’s childhood education took place in Araria. He told that he completed his higher education from DAV Public School, Purnia. After this he studied graduation and LLB from Delhi University. Stayed at home and prepared for UPSC exam through self-study and online studies and got success in this difficult exam on 28th October. Jaya Sahay has given the credit of her success to her family and teachers.
Jaya discussed with the students the reasons causing confusion in the modern era. He told how he took care of his mental health and motivated himself even in failures. Jaya also attributed the contribution of self-help books to her success. He said that you have such good facilities, students just have to work hard, they will definitely get success.
Jaya Sahay appeared in UPSC English Medium. He failed twice, which left him heartbroken. But it is said that if the dream is to win then defeat does not matter. He took the UPSC exam for the third time and achieved success. He urged the students of rural areas that nowadays it is a digital world, if something has to be done then they can do it easily. Now the biggest examinations of the country can also be done through online classes, for this one will need to work hard.
