Mau Amit Shah News: On February 2, 2022, a criminal complaint was filed against the Home Minister by Navalkishore Sharma, a resident of Dohrighat in the district, against the Home Minister, accusing him of inciting religious sentiments during a public meeting at Ramlila Maidan in Islam Nagar, Sahaswan town of Badaun.

The court of District and Sessions Judge Dr. Balmukund of Mau district of Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday rejected the criminal surveillance filed against Home Minister Amit Shah at the admission stage after the arguments of both the parties were completed. Earlier, the special court of MP/MLA had canceled the order given by the subordinate court on February 18 and returned the file to the lower court MP/MLA Court CJM for hearing the case again. The lower court had dismissed the complaint after hearing the summoning order on the complaint.
Criminal complaint was filed against the Home Minister in 2022
On February 2, 2022, a criminal complaint was filed against the Home Minister by Navalkishore Sharma, a resident of Doharighat in the district, against the Home Minister, accusing him of inciting religious sentiments during a public meeting at Ramlila Maidan in Islam Nagar town of Sahaswan, Badaun. After hearing on which, the ACJM court of MP/MLA had dismissed the complaint on 18 February 2022, not accepting the jurisdiction of the court.
Advocates had come from Delhi on behalf of the Home Minister.
The surveillance complainant had filed a complaint against this order in the court of the District Judge. The District Judge had transferred the file for hearing in the MP/MLA special court on 23 February 2022 regarding jurisdiction. The court accepted the monitoring of the monitor in Uttar Pradesh. Notice was issued to the government and the opposition. In this matter, advocate Satendra Awasthi from Delhi and local advocate Rajesh Singh Raj had argued on behalf of the Home Minister. After hearing the arguments of both the parties, the MP/MLA Special Court had accepted the criminal observation filed by Naval Kishore Sharma against Home Minister Amit Shah regarding jurisdiction.
The judge rejected
After this, canceling the order of 18 February 2022, the file was returned to the lower court MP/MLA Court CJM for hearing the case again. The CJM, after recording the statements of the complainant and witnesses in the complaint and hearing the summoning order, dismissed the complaint. A monitoring complaint was filed against this order of the CJM in the court of the District Judge, which after due hearing was rejected by the District Judge in a detailed order at the stage of admission.
