Dilkhush Jha/Araria: As per the instructions of Labor Resources Department, Patna, in Araria district of Bihar, tool kit and study kit will be provided to the youth under the Employment Service Extension Scheme. For this, applications have been invited from eligible candidates of the district. In-charge District Planning Officer, Araria told that applicants from all sections of Bihar state, transgender, disabled, Scheduled Caste/Tribe and economically backward classes will be given priority. Under the Tool Kit Scheme, trades like electrician, electronics, mobile repair, fitting, unitian, driver etc. have been included.
Talking about the age limit for this, it should be between 18 to 40 years and the annual income should be less than Rs 3,00,000. Minimum qualification has also been prescribed for this. According to the prescribed qualification, it is mandatory to have passed BSDM/ITI/equivalent examination or NSQF recognition in the relevant trade. It is necessary to register on NCS portal (ncs.gov.in) at least 6 months in advance.

Talking about the required educational qualification, it is necessary to have Intermediate/Graduation (as per examination), along with prior registration on NCS portal.
To avail the benefits of the said scheme, candidates will have to submit their applications to the District Employment Exchange, Araria by 4th December 2025. District Planning Officer said that the selected applicants will be provided kits as per departmental instructions. He has appealed to all the eligible youth to take advantage of this scheme to become empowered in skill development and preparation for competitive exams.
