Cgpsc preparation tips: Two youth from Raigarh, Pankaj Jaiswal and Mukesh Pradhan have achieved great success in CGPSC Result 2024. Pankaj got the post of Assistant Sub Inspector in Excise Department with 108th rank, while Mukesh got the post of Assistant Director in Social Welfare Department by getting 19th rank. Both achieved success through hard work, patience and smart strategy.
Raigarh. In the recently released CGPSC 2024 results, the youth of Raigarh district have made a special mark with their hard work and dedication. Among them, two successful candidates – Pankaj Jaiswal and Mukesh Pradhan – have brought glory to the district with their achievements. While sharing the story of their preparation, both of them told how despite the difficulties, they did not give up and ultimately achieved success.
Pankaj Jaiswal, who secured 108th rank, became Assistant Sub Inspector in Excise Department.
Pankaj Jaiswal, resident of Mahapalli, has secured the post of Assistant Sub Inspector in the Excise Department by securing 108th rank this time. While talking to Local 18, Pankaj told that he was preparing for Mains and Interview in Tuteja Tutorial, Bilaspur since 2018. He said that sometimes he felt tired while studying, but he used to motivate himself to study a little more. He did not lose patience even after failure. According to Pankaj, patience was the key to his success. He tells that in case of failure, spend time with parents and good friends and maintain morale. This gives strength to move forward.
Mukesh Pradhan at 19th rank, will get Assistant Director Social Welfare Department
Mukesh Pradhan, resident of Jhagarpur village of Raigarh district, has performed brilliantly this time and secured 19th rank. He has got the post of Assistant Director, Social Welfare Department. He told that this was his sixth attempt. Before this, he had appeared in Mains five times and Interview thrice. He had earlier secured 164 and 217 ranks. Mukesh told that during his studies, he used to stay away from mobile, but whenever he got free time, he used to watch social media and YouTube. The special thing was that they used to watch only those content which were helpful in studies and current affairs. Government websites and current affairs proved to be very useful for him. He said that although he is happy with this rank, his dream is to become a Deputy Collector and he will continue his preparation further.

Mukesh Pradhan’s advice: The pattern of CGPSC is constantly changing, hence it is important to understand it. The scope of current affairs is increasing, hence read daily newspaper. Prepare for current affairs by using internet smartly. Practice continuously with coaching centers and friends – this is very useful in Mains.

Be patient, you will definitely get success. Spend time with family and good friends to handle yourself after failure. These two youth of Raigarh have proved that every goal can be achieved with strong will, continuous hard work and patience. His success has also paved the way for inspiration for other youth of the district.
