According to the information, a high level meeting has been called by the Minister of State for Sports on November 28 at Tau Devi Lal Stadium in Panchkula. In this meeting, all the district officers including senior officers were also called in the meeting.

Actually, the Youth Sports Club has built a basketball ground in Lakhan Majra village of Rohtak and players practice here. CCTV cameras are also installed in the grounds. Hardik was practicing on this very ground. While he was warming up, he jumped from the pole to score a basketball goal. Everything was fine the first time. But when he hung for the second time, the pole uprooted and fell on him. Hardik could not get up after a pole fell on his chest and he died. By the time his companions ran to him, he died. This entire incident was captured in CCTV. It is noteworthy that Hardik had also been selected in Team India and had recently returned from the camp.
