iQOO is ready to launch its new flagship smartphone iQOO 15 today (26 November) in India and global markets. The launch event of iQOO 15 in India will start at 12 noon today and can be watched live on the company’s official YouTube channel, website and social media platforms.
This phone was introduced in China last month and is now reaching the Indian market as well. The company has already teased many of its features, which include battery, design, display and operating system. The phone will be equipped with Qualcomm’s latest and powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, which makes it a high-performance flagship.
What can be the features in the phone?
iQOO 15 will have a stunning 2K AMOLED display, which will support a refresh rate of up to 144Hz. The China model has a 6.85-inch Samsung M14 display, whose screen-to-body ratio is more than 94%.
For processing, it has Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip along with Q3 supercomputing chip, LPDDR5x Ultra RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. The phone will work on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. Its possible variants can be 12GB + 256GB and 16GB + 512GB.
Talking about camera setup, the China variant has a triple rear setup of three 50 megapixel cameras, which includes a 50MP main camera, 50MP periscope telephoto camera (100x digital zoom) and 50MP ultra-wide lens. There is a 32MP selfie camera in the front. Talking about the battery, iQOO 15 will have a large 7,000mAh battery, which will support 100W fast charging and 40W wireless charging.
Got a hint about the price too
Talking about the price of the phone, the CEO of iQOO India had indicated that the price of the phone could be between ₹ 65,000 to ₹ 70,000. A recent leak suggests that its 12GB + 256GB variant can be priced at ₹72,999 and the 16GB + 512GB model can be priced at ₹79,999.
Pre-booking customers will get Priority Pass for ₹ 1,000, which will include iQOO TWS 1e earbuds and 12 months additional warranty. This phone will be available on Amazon and iQOO’s official e-shop.
